The TK6206 seal kit is a precision-engineered multi-stage labyrinth sealing system designed for conveyor idler bearing housings with the following specifications: 30mm shaft diameter, 62mm bearing outer diameter, 40mm bottom bore, 62mm top bore, and 45mm housing depth.
The complete assembly includes five components: inner labyrinth seal (POM), outer labyrinth seal (POM), SPCC steel cover, bottom seal (PA6), and protective cover (PA6). When installed after bearing assembly, this layered seal creates an effective barrier against dust, moisture, debris, and other contaminants, significantly reducing bearing wear and corrosion, extending service life, and minimizing maintenance downtime.
